Refund Policy

Once you have paid for class we reserve your seat and this may exclude others from attending the class as seats are limited. Additionally, there are administrative costs associated with taking registrations and preparing documentation, certificates and rosters for class. If you miss your scheduled date or have to leave class early and do not successfully complete, we are happy to re-seat you in an upcoming class of your choice, one time, at no additional cost. If you have completed registration and these administrative processes have begun then no refund will be issued.


If TechForce fails to provide a scheduled class as advertised all prepaid participants will  be entitled to a full 100% refund. Those who paid online will have the balance returned to the credit or debit card which they used to pay for class. PayPal refunds are accomplished through the PayPal refund feature and will be less any fees incurred for processing the transaction.  Cash refunds will be accomplished by check and delivered via US mail addressed and payable to the registered student only.

Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather such as snow, icy conditions, or tornadic activity, TechForce Instructors or administrators may cancel any scheduled class without notice. Every effort to reschedule the class so as to accommodate as many students as possible will be made. In the event that the student cannot attend the make up class or another regularly scheduled class then a refund may be issued.  

TechForce and any of it's employees reserves the right remove a student or non-student from any class for any cause including disruptive or dangerous behavior, sleeping, failing to follow classroom instructions, inappropriate behavior such as foul language or smoking in the class room. In such cases a refund may or may not be issued at the discretion of TechForce administrators or staff. Such refund, if issued, will be issued by mail or credit/debit refund as outlined above.
